Dieting Mistakes

The problem with dieting mistakes is that you DIET; removing food for a short/long period of time and attempt to lose weight. Well, why diet, when you can just CHANGE how your diet, by changing how you eat?

The importance on eating right means you will have a different mindset for the rest of your life! THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.

  2. Great post! There is a common misconception that not eating leads to weight loss. NOT TRUE. You must have some food to boost your metabolism which helps burn fat.
