- Instead of offering an ebook for free, charge $2( it cost your more than that in TIME to write it)
- Instead of giving them 15 minutes of coaching sessions for free, charge them $10 to chat for that long
- Instead of giving them a report that you researched and put together for free, charge them $.50 a page for each report

The Real Reality Report: Free is no longer desired
Everyday, someone offers a product or service for free to help build their email list, or find out what is important for to their target market. Free items help build interest in whatever it is they are selling.
I have noticed that free is no longer desired.
Yes! It's no longer desired (okay, let's say as much) because some of what is offered is not needed. I have reports, ebooks, and a few services, that I offer free in all of my businesses, but it has to be wanted by my customer base/target market, or its a waste of time.
One thing about offering things for free, is that it takes TIME to put those things together. Time that none of us have to waste. When you consider where you want to be, financially, in the next four months, you have to contemplate where FREE will get you. If it won't get you anywhere, stop offering it for free and put a value to what you're providing.
Free is no longer desired by your target market, because they feel that YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR; so make them pay. I truly mean, make the pay SOMETHING.
GET SOMETHING FOR YOUR TIME BECAUSE FREE IS NO LONGER DESIRED FROM YOU FOR THEM!
